Market Rentals Launches New Websites

Our units are all state-of-the-art, so we figured our website should be as well! October 1, 2011 will be the official launch date of our new MarketRentalsNYC website. At launch, the site will function primarily as a marketing tool. Stage 2, however, will include a client portal that makes it easier for guests to interact with staff and with one another.

The new site doesn’t look a whole lot different than the old one (frankly, we’re quite keen on the design). But under the hood, it’s a whole new world of website! Built with the popular content management system, WordPress, the site can be updated easily by our staff and expanded to accommodate the needs of our business and our clients. Kudos to Long Island web design company, Brainstorm Studio, for building the site with the utmost enthusiasm and professionalism.

By end of year, we plan to add an online help desk, user forum, and oh so much more. Stay tuned!

MarketRentals NYC Adds Flat Panel Screens to Units

MarketRentalsNYC just finished replacing the last of its CRT television sets with state-of-the-art high definition flat panels screens. The move is one of a number of company-wide improvements we’ve made in keeping with our goal to become the “the most comfortable and luxurious apartment rental option in New York.”

The move to 100% flat panel screens shouldn’t surprise those who do business with us. MarketRentals has been known to go “way overboard” (to quote a current client) when it comes to providing top of the line amenities. From fixtures to furniture and beyond, the MarketRentals philosophy has always been, “build a better experience and they will come!” Which probably explains why over 40% of our current business comes from positive word-of-mouth and online reviews.
